Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to support our Sales Department? MedAire is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional sales and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth sales operations and serve as the primary contact for Salesforce.
- Prepare reports for clients, the sales team, and management.
- Onboard new and renewing clients.
- Coordinate Accounts Receivables with Sales and Finance Teams.
- Assist with training/education billing and document management.
- Update sales processes and the Business Continuity Plan.
- Maintain records, facilitate contract routing, and assist with client membership kits.
- Coordinate sales/marketing events.
- Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
- Answer calls and greet visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of administrative experience, 1 year in sales operations, and 1 year in sales.
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
