So What's the Job?

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for our leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, improving operational execution, and helping scale the business. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, business-savvy leader with strong emotional intelligence. Candidates with a background in product management, management consulting, or investment banking—especially recent business school graduates—will thrive in this role.

What you’ll do :

Strategic Execution – Partner with the COO to drive high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and brands.

Business Analysis & Growth –.Develop business cases for new initiatives and growth opportunities. Support strategic planning and budgeting processes.

Cross-Functional Leadership – Work across our brands and functional areas - including marketing, product, operations, and finance to break down silos and improve execution.

Product & Market Insight – Bring a product mindset to business challenges, helping shape the roadmap for long-term success.

Communication & Influence – Translate complex ideas into compelling narratives, engaging stakeholders across the company.

Special Projects – Own and execute critical projects that don’t neatly fit into any one function but are essential to scaling the business.

What you’ll bring :

Business Acumen – You’ve worked in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or a similar analytical role.

High EQ & Leadership – You know how to bring people along, tell a great story, and inspire teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making – You’re comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and you make recommendations backed by numbers.

Bias for Action – You don’t just strategize; you roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Adaptability & Growth Mindset – You thrive in ambiguity and are eager to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualification :

MBA or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

5-8 years of experience, including significant time in management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategic roles

Experience working with products (even if earlier in your career) as a product manager, product owner, or similar role.

Experience in high-growth environments with demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity.
