Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual estimates and accurate project budgets using historical data and market trends.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes.
- Prepare bid packages, GMP proposals, and conduct constructability reviews.
- Perform value engineering and life cycle cost analysis to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
- Support design-build coordination, quality control, and project closeouts.
- Contribute to business development efforts through presentations and interviews.
