Finance Associate Attorney - Corporate Trust, Agency, and Asset Servicing
Location : Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 50 law firm with a highly regarded finance practice, is seeking a talented Junior Associate Attorney to join their Corporate Trust, Agency, and Asset Servicing Team. Operating within their Finance Practice Group , this opening is located at their Charlotte office. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex finance transactions with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active bar admission .
- 1-2 years of substantive transactional and / or workout experience with securitization (any asset classes), corporate finance , collateralized loan obligations , and / or structured finance is strongly desired.
- Experience representing corporate trustees , servicers , and / or agents is beneficial .
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions effectively.
