Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for / waive into the next bar exam .
- 1 years of legal practice experience, preferably at a law firm .
- PhD ( or MD with research experience ) in organic chemistry , medicinal chemistry , cell biology , immunology , molecular biology , microbiology , oncology , gene editing , gene therapy , or a related field .
- USPTO registration or eligibility to become a member of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office bar.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively counsel clients on complex patent matters.
