We're seeking an IT Manager to join our team and lead the efficient operation of our technology infrastructure, including the Infor XA ERP system, desktop systems, data center, network, and phone systems. Reports To : Executive Vice President
Position Summary :
The IT Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, patching, monitoring, and repairing the company infrastructure (hardware and software). They will develop and maintain documentation on infrastructure, software, systems, and disaster recovery methodology while adhering to all safety, security, and compliance aspects. The IT Manager will oversee implementing and leading continuous integration, automated system testing, and configuring system capabilities to collaborate with various internal teams, remote resources, and external suppliers.
