Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Michigan AND Illinois .
- 2 years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation.
- Strong litigation and case management skills , with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.
