Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 2 years of experience representing employers in employment law litigation .
- Background in discrimination , retaliation , harassment law , and wrongful discharge actions is required.
- Strong academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firm's national practice.
