SENIOR-LEVEL CALIFORNIA LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Locations : Los Angeles, CA / San Francisco, CA
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the California Bar .
- 5 years of substantive experience representing employers in employment law matters , including advice and counseling and litigation , with at least 2 years focused on California-specific matters.
- Strong background in discrimination , retaliation , harassment law , and wrongful discharge actions is required.
- Demonstrated experience in wage and hour law , as well as class action cases.
- Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- A collaborative, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset.
