What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lamination Manager position at International Staff Consulting?
This is for a printing and packaging plant and looking for someone who has a strong production management background preferably out of a high speed manufacturing environment. The person must have experience in lamination and / or flexographic printing to be considered. Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and / or Six Sigma experience helpful. Degree is preferred but not required.
Need a strong, hands on leader that knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people. My client likes Managers who can work with people on the floor and knows how to build teams and change culture when needed. Would consider a strong Production Supervisor who is interested in becoming a Manager.
