Legal Assistant - Commercial Real Estate (Transactional side)
Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices nationwide, with a specific focus on the east coast. They are currently seeking a full time, experienced Legal Assistant for their Uniondale office to assist attorneys within the Commercial Real Estate, transactions practice. This is a hybrid role and candidates will be in the office 3 days a week / 2 days remote from 9am-5pm with the flexibility to work overtime when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Applicants must have 5 years of law firm experience.
- A background in transactional real estate matters
- Candidates must be able to type 55 wpm and have excellent spelling, grammar and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
- Candidate will also provide attorneys with administrative support.
