COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY)

Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms® , is seeking a highly-motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Wilmington . This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney to handle a diverse caseload, including professional liability defense, healthcare litigation, and mass torts.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Delaware .
- 2 years of substantive experience in general commercial litigation , professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, E&O / D&O, specialty care and senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation , mass torts and class action .
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to draft persuasive pleadings and motions.
- Highly motivated, with the initiative to take on significant case responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
