Note : This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at the Sacramento, CA office.

Job Description

Position : Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
Location : Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
Focus : California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Responsibilities

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings

Draft and argue motions

Take and defend depositions

Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

3 years of employment litigation experience

Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills

Admitted to practice law in California

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
