Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for / waive into the next bar exam .
- 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Strong background in copyright , trademark , trade secret , consumer class action , and / or complex commercial litigation .
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
