Plumbing Engineer / Designer :
Our company is seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer / Designer with a minimum of 4 years'experience. This is a career opportunity for a person who has previous experience in the buildingconsulting engineering business as a project designer, engineer, or project manager. We will alsoconsider Senior Plumbing Engineers / Designer who have experience mentoring a plumbing team.We need a conscientious, responsible individual who is well versed in plumbing systems design forinstitutional and commercial buildings. The candidate will have knowledge in operating Revit (minimum2 years' experience) and AutoCAD to draft and design Plumbing Systems.
Typical Responsibilities :
- Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
- Knowledgeable of plumbing design elements in healthcare, institutional, and educational facilities.
- Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
- Receives project assignments from the firm's Principals, Senior Associates / Associates or SeniorEngineers / Project Managers.
- Recognizes problems quickly and seeks Principal, Senior Associate / Associate or SeniorEngineer / Project Manager advice.
- Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence,survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
