What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Field Support Manager (SoutheastRegion) position at International Staff Consulting?
Directs the Field Service activities in the Southeast Region. Person hired can reside in the Miami Florida or West Palm Beach FL area, within a 1 hour commute to a major airport. Responsible for coordinating the regional Field Service Engineers to meet business objectives and provide exceptional customer service. The person hired will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years direct customer interface with 3 years of supervisory / management experience in a field service environment is also required. Should have knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point. Some overnight travel will be required. No Relocation , only local area candidates will be considered.
Base salary $90K - $110K depending on experience, plus bonus, company vehicle, and fully paid family medical.
Note : a minimum of an AAS Degree in a related field is required, with a Bachelor's Degre in a related field highly desired.
