Salary : $100k-130k depending on exp
Job Type : Full-Time
Shift : 8 am to 5 pm M-F, In-Office with 10-20 % travel

Client Details : The client is focused on the design, build and service of commercial and residential projects in South Florida.
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Sign and seal Engineering Plans in the state of Florida
- Drafts and reviews all plans and specifications for commercial and residential projects to ensure compliance with city state and federal laws and regulations.
- Initiates pre-construction conferences with contractors and / or developers and associated staff members.
- Provides technical direction and assistance to inspection personnel relating to field personnel.
