Position Responsibilities :
- Transaction Database Management : Maintain and update deal term records , ensuring accurate tracking of credit facility structures and market trends
- Precedent & Form Management : Draft, refine, and organize template agreements and transaction precedents
- Legal & Market Monitoring : Track and analyze industry developments , preparing internal updates to reflect market shifts and regulatory changes
- Training & Development : Work with internal teams to develop training materials and facilitate educational initiatives for attorneys
- Business Development & Thought Leadership : Assist in the creation of marketing content, presentations, and client-facing resources to enhance the firm's Debt Finance positioning
- Practice Innovation & Knowledge Management : Collaborate on technology and process improvements to support the practice group
- Attorney Support : Provide attorneys with precedents, templates, and market insights as needed
