Our client, a prominent AmLaw50 international firm known for its expertise in complex corporate finance matters, is seeking a highly qualified Finance Corporate Debt Associate Attorney to join their Corporate Debt team in Atlanta .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active bar admission in Georgia .
- 1-2 years of substantive experience in secured transactions , representing both borrowers and lenders .
- A demonstrated understanding of, or keen interest in, syndicated and acquisition financing transactions .
- Proven experience in transaction closings and drafting relevant financing documents.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
