Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Class Action
Locations : Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston)
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level or Senior Associate Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Class Action Group in Texas . This hybrid position is available in the Austin , Dallas , or Houston offices.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in employment or class action litigation , with a desire for trial work.
- Experience defending employment discrimination , EEOC / DOL , wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits .
- Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance , drafting workplace policies , and assisting clients with general employment issues is a plus.
- Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
