Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Area Representative to support our mission by recruiting, guiding, and supporting foreign exchange students and host families in your local area. This is a part-time, flexible position that offers the opportunity to work from home, with some local travel for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and engage potential host families and students for exchange programs * Provide ongoing support to students and host families throughout the exchange period.
* Use social media and networking strategies to promote the program and engage with the community.
* Organize local events and information sessions to raise awareness of our exchange opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with program guidelines and assist with documentation as needed.
* Serve as a local point of contact for students, families, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* 25 years of age or older.
* Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience with social media posting and online marketing.
* Must pass a background check.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Passion for cultural exchange and international education.
