What are the responsibilities and job description for the 14101 COMPSYSTANALYST 1 position at International Support Group LLC?
The Computer Systems Analyst reports to the Director of IT and will handle a variety of projects to support and improve our clients and our organization’s network systems. Most of the work will be conducted at the clients’ site and some at our office headquarters.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues at the client's site
- Troubleshoot smartphone & tablet issues
- Troubleshoot PC issues
- Maintain network users
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Assist with the maintenance of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Database experience is a plus
- Must be very customer focused
