We are currently seeking a certified and dedicated Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fire Alarm systems and must be able to repair or replace systems along with performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate must be able to travel throughout the United States as we have locations in numerous states.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair fire Alarm systems and other fire and life safety products with minimal supervision.
- Ensure that the work is in accordance with relevant codes.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Periodically attends seminars or similar education / training sessions to stay abreast of latest technology, codes, and standards changes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
