Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and mail distribution.
- Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests.
- Handle all activities related to the company's fleet of vehicles.
- Assist management and Project Managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support the HR department with recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
- Any other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
