About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Project Manager (FMPM) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The FMPM will manage all our customer's facility maintenance projects from inception through completion. Work includes coordination with, but not limited to, our internal team, government contracting officer and other government representatives, and sub-contractors.
As an FMPM, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can motivate and guide team members toward achieving project goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Facilities Maintenance Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of government contracting experience
- Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System
- Experience managing HVAC Technicians
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Project scheduling, estimating, and overall review and management of operations and maintenance of facilities, including preventive maintenance, service calls, etc.
- Thoroughly read and understand the government contract associated with the project.
- Provide technical review and technical oversight for facility maintenance and preventive maintenance projects.
- Ensure that quality control checks are done on all completed jobs.
- Provide business development, bidding & pricing support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
