Assistant Project/Quality Manager - Facilities Maintenance
Duties:
- Responsible for daily oversight of the quality assurance program related to all services required under the contract.
- Maintain quality control reports, processes, documents and systems
- Monitor, identify, and address any quality issues
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
- Monitor processes and performance to detect any areas of improvement
- Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback
- Train staff on quality control standards
- Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions
Skills:

-Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
-Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation

Other Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Custodial project management experience
- Must be able to pass background and drug test
- Must have valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
