Position : Contracts Analyst for Navy Contracts International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for Junior-Level
Contracts Analyst, providing PEO IWS 1.0 Contract Management and Analysis support to the US
Navy. The selected individual will provide subject matter expertise assessing contract performance,
tracking contract execution, and working to define future work coordinating with IWS 1.0
stakeholders. Educations / Professional Work Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience; with preferably one to five (1-5) years of professional experience in Government contract execution and / or management Required experience includes :
- Knowledge of Government Contract process and structures
- Able to analyze contract documentation and clearly communicate contract requirements : o Statement of Work / CLIN Structures / Sub-CLIN Structures / Fee Structure / Incentive Criteria / Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
- Able to develop documentation in support of Contact execution : o Funding Execution Tracking o Technical Instructions o Analysis of Fee and Incentives Process and assessment against vendor invoices / status reports o Contract Ceiling Assessment and assessments of vendor projections and Estimates At Completion (EACs)
- Able to coordinate with Government Stakeholders to ensure effective use of Contract in accordance with Contract documentation Desired experience includes :
- Working knowledge of Navy Marine Corp Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS)
- Experience with Navy Surface Combat Systems and Weapon Systems
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations use in Navy contracting The position will be located in Washington, DC and require travel less than 5% of the time. Applicant
