Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving project needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align construction strategies with overall business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate business development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Mentor and develop project management teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong skills in budgeting, program management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.
