Job Overview
International Tariff Management is looking to grow its team. We’re seeking an experienced sales representative to help sell and promote our drawback, classification and free-trade services that our customers rely on. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of a full sales cycle and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We are looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our services in a compelling way.
Core Responsibilities
- Connect with key decision makers and c-suite executives and educate them regarding our various trade services
- Work closely with clients as a resource to provide solutions to their specific needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive list of key accounts, contacts and sales reports
- Achieve weekly outreach requirements
- Meet or exceed defined sales quotas and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing team to support sales effort
- Be fiscally responsible with company funds and resources
- Ability to run a full sales cycle from sourcing to closing
- Keen awareness and knowledge of industry trends and competitive environments while realizing how these will impact selling opportunities
- Utilize data trends to fully understand the dynamics and implement strategies to maximize results
Required Education and Employment Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field from an accredited institution
- 3 to 6 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Ability to understand and accurately communicate offered services: Duty Drawback, Classification Reviews and Free Trade Agreements
- Experience within the import, export or logistics industries (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM and sales management software
- Documented record of successfully achieving sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and driven, high energy and ability to manage stress and multiple competing priorities
Compensation
- Base: $60k - $80k commissions and performance-based incentives
- No benefits but willing to supplement the cost of medical insurance
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
