Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.
- Work with the Product, Pricing and Commercial Teams to understand their data needs, identify key metrics, and define requirements for BI solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards, using tools like PowerBI, to present data insights and track business performance metrics.
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
- Communicate and provide training to end users on BI tools and prepare documentation to support ongoing BI system use.
- Work closely with the Customer Solution teams within their focus areas : Service Contracts and Connected Solutions for ICE and BEV vehicles, to enhance the business performance and customer value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Solution teams across various focus areas, including Service Contracts and Connected Solutions for ICE and BEV vehicles, to improve business performance and customer value.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Master’s degree
At least 6 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
At least 10 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
