Position Overview
International is seeking a Senior Project Engineer.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain strategy by leading and executing complex engineering projects. You will work across multiple supply chain disciplines, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance throughout the organization.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, analyze and optimize supply chain processes, and collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to align project goals. You will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices, all while managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Your expertise will also guide and mentor team members, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
Analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Collaborating with internal teams (operations, purchasing, logistics, etc.) and external suppliers to align project goals and deliverables.
Identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitoring project performance and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
At least 8 years of experience in product design / development and / or computer science experience
At least 1 year leading others in engineer / design activities
Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
At least 6 years of experience in product design / development and / or computer science experience
At least 1 year leading others in engineer / design activities
PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
At least 3 years of experience in product design / development and / or computer science experience
At least 1 year leading others in engineer / design activities
Additional Requirements
