What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at International Wine Accessories?
The job will require the following tasks:
- Handling warranty issues with any of our products
- Shipping of spares and replacement parts
- Fielding occasional incoming sales questions from customers and dealers
- Placing follow-up QC calls to customers
- Working on Saturdays - Tuesday-Saturday will be big positive for the position
Some technical awareness and familiarity with how things work is highly beneficial, and more important than a lot of work experience in customer service. Intellectual curiousity and a desire to troubleshoot are critical for the position. We are looking for a person with an upbeat, caring and empathetic attitude that can offer outstanding service to our customers. Well spoken JC or college graduate preferred. Compensation will vary with experience, but will be highly competitive and depend on your work background and work experience. Compensation includes health and dental insurance and long term disability. Potential hires must be willing to consent to a background check and drug test.
