Job Description
- Directly supervise a team of experienced mechanics responsible for building high-quality prototype test vehicles.
- Ensure timely vehicle builds that meet engineering requirements.
- Have dotted line responsibility for on-site R&D staff.
We seek a highly skilled 2nd Shift Mechanic Manager to lead our Prototype Build Operations team. Candidates with at least 6 years of production/manufacturing/operations experience and 1 year proven experience managing mechanics and skilled trade technicians are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate should possess experience in the heavy truck/automotive industry and familiarity with assembly and repair processes.
