Position Overview
As a Process Analyst, you will lead procurement internal and cross functional teams and play a pivotal role in standardizing, harmonizing, and optimizing the procurement process landscape within International and/or the TRATON group.
You will work closely with functional stakeholders to identify process deficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in mapping current state processes, optimizing processes, and value stream mapping will be crucial in driving large-scale transformational changes across people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities
- Documenting, evaluating, and standardizing existing business processes by involving relevant business stakeholders.
- Determining and outlining root cause-based business process improvements.
- Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fostering cooperation within the TRATON network and coordinating/leading cross-brand activities to harmonize and optimize core procurement processes.
- Applying new digital tools for process automation and process mining to drive data-based process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
- Master’s degree
- At least 4 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Strong skill in process management, ideally within procurement, and international project management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with intercultural competence.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma and process mining methodologies.
- High level of independence and self-responsibility.
- Strong organizational, structural, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
