- Work independently to review client records and ensure they meet quality and completeness standards.
- Use technology to request medical records while maintaining security of client information.
- Assemble client files, including criteria checklists, medical documents, initial applications, and denial letters.
- Maintain accurate tracking of client dates to prevent critical deadlines from being missed.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure necessary information is available for hearings.
- Submit post-hearing summaries on time and complete post-hearing work efficiently.
Educational Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with clients, SSA, and other entities on behalf of clients within 3 months.
