Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake to offer
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on hiring strategies
- Engage candidates with a compelling employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay informed on industry trends, especially in SaaS, media, interactive, product, and marketing
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, manage interviews, and guide hiring decisions
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance our recruiting strategies and processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with expertise in SaaS, media, interactive, product, or marketing roles
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Jobvite experience a plus)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a proven track record in competitive markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement skills
