* Strategic marketing planning and execution.
* Managing affiliate relationships and driving SEM, social, affiliate and TV marketing.
* Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports and providing strategic input for budget discussions and expense planning.
* Leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and operations within the Legal vertical.
* Oversee all digital and affiliate marketing, including SEM, social, affiliate and TV marketing.
* Manage affiliate relationships, including new partner discovery, contract negotiations, and performance analysis.
* Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports, including lead funnels, channel trackers, and trend analyses.
* Prepare and present key metrics and monthly volume forecasts to executive leadership.
* Reconcile costs and update forecasting models based on current data and trends.
* Lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic input for budget discussions and expense planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 7 years of experience in marketing leadership, with proven success in strategy, analytics, and team management.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, affiliate management.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, reporting platforms, and financial reconciliation processes.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
