Join our dynamic Legal team as our VP of Demand Generation and spearhead innovative demand generation strategies for the B2B Sales team targeting attorneys that fuel our growth and enhance our market presence. This pivotal role calls for a visionary leader who can blend digital marketing expertise with strategic business insights to propel our sales teams and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Development : Craft and execute a comprehensive B2B Demand Generation marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives. Collaborate with the division President and sales leaders to pinpoint business priorities and transform these into actionable and impactful marketing plans.
- Goal Setting : Define clear marketing goals and commitments tailored to specific market segments and go-to-market strategies. Establish overarching campaign themes and identify key marketing opportunities.
- Channel Strategy : Design a robust channel mix strategy, setting specific targets for digital channels, account-based marketing, and event participation. Ensure strategies are data-driven and focused on reaching target audiences effectively.
- Performance Management : Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize the lifetime value to customer acquisition cost ratio (LTV / CAC). Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
- Sales Integration : Actively engage in sales processes by participating in channel calls and contributing to sales training initiatives. Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data and sales feedback.
- Event and Partnership Management : Oversee our tradeshow and event strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal return on investment. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance co-marketing efforts.
- Technology and Data Utilization : Define requirements for technology platforms that support efficient, multi-channel customer acquisition and tracking. Leverage data from both owned and third-party sources to maximize audience reach and engagement.
