Key Responsibilities :
As a Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :
Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to project plans.Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements and organizational goals.Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and achieve project objectives.Team Management : Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.Problem Solving and Decision Making : Identify and resolve project issues and challenges, making informed decisions that drive project success.Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.Required Skills and Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience : 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.Technical Skills : Strong technical background and understanding of software development, systems engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.Project Management Skills : Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.Why Join Our Team?
