Role Overview
The Network Development Manager will be responsible for all related Franchise Development activities for our automotive dealerships in the Eastern half of the United States (15-20 stores). Those activities include recruitment, establishment, performance management and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships. This role requires focus on implementing and managing market strategy by completing all necessary dealer recruiting and establishment documentation requirements, evaluation of dealer metrics and data, and in-store brand compliance reviews. In addition, the role requires an individual who can support and steer dealer personnel to achieve joint success.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Execute and support the Grenadier Franchise and Sales strategy! It is expected to collaborate with the Dealer Network to implement our joint strategic vision.
- Develop, evolve, and manage close working relationships with dealership staff, field teams, and wider INEOS colleagues.
- Research, identify and build relationships with potential new dealer partners in key market areas.
- Establish business model and ways of working with dealer partners to achieve relevant KPIs through training, coaching and benchmarking.
- Challenge the status quo to obtain dealer operational excellence.
- Provide support to the Head of Franchise Development on market data, market intelligence, dealer performance coaching, and dealer sentiment.
- Keen understanding of global and local policies to drive dealer network compliance and performance.
- Audit dealers for compliance with Grenadier processes and standards and create action plans as part of the performance management practice.
