Overview

 

 

 

The person in this role will work directly with our clients. They will be responsible to keep reservations in balance.

Responsibilities

• Double checking the accuracy of all bookings.• Maintaining the balance due on reservations – Making sure reservations are up to date with the payments needed.• Responsible to send final payment notice and work with client/s and the agent/s to make sure that proper amount and payment has been received.• Contacting the cruise line and applying the final payment and making sure confirmations for the cruise is correct (zero balance) and record in AgentMate.• Answering and directing phone calls.• Communicating via email regarding any financial needs from the guests.• Maintaining company charges are applied to correct statements.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills.• The ability to work well with people and have a great attitude.• Strong attention to detail.• Good math and calculator skills.• Computer skills, including the ability to use the internet and email frequently.• The ability to keep calm under pressure.• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays.• Ability to function in a past-faced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
