- Content Creation & Execution : Plan and organize shoots (in-house & external) with the creative team. Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality content production. Write engaging captions, scripts, and social media copies tailored for different platforms.
- Publishing & Community Engagement : Manage daily posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Optimize content based on platform-specific algorithms for better reach and engagement. Actively engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build community relationships.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking : Monitor key social media metrics to evaluate content performance. Analyze insights and refine content strategy based on data-driven decisions. Provide monthly reports on engagement trends and recommendations for improvement.
