- Collaborate and work with the technical teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements.
- Write complex product information and process it into simple, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides and help manuals.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement.
- Should be able to write easy-to-follow and illustrative content that can be understood by clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Conduct competitive studies and research to find the best way to illustrate the product's features.
