About the job :
We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to lead and mentor our UI design team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process, enhancing junior designers' work, conducting training and workshops, and ensuring high-quality design execution. Your leadership will guide the team to meet client expectations and align with our design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Vision : Define the creative vision for UI design projects and oversee their execution.
- Team Management : Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and training to enhance their skills.
- Project Oversight : Ensure that designs meet client requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Enhance Designs : Review and improve designs made by junior designers, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Workshops & Training : Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to foster skill development and creativity within the design team.
- Client Relations : Work closely with the client servicing team to understand client requirements and ensure designs align with client needs.
- Quality Assurance : Review, approve, and improve prototypes and final design deliverables, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Metrics & Reporting : Track project progress, team performance, and share insights for continuous improvement.
