Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
Monitor the performance of systems, servers, and network to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Perform regular system backups, security scans, and software updates.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Assist in the management and support of cloud-based services and applications.
Provide training and support to end users as necessary.
Assist with Website changes, updates, or issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience 5-10 years in an IT support or systems administration role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS).
Experience with networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
Proficiency in cloud-based systems (Gmail and Microsoft).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar.
Experience with ITIL framework or service management tools.
Familiarity with security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
PAY: Salary is negotiable based on experience
