About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Marketer to lead our paid media strategy and execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing assistant and leadership to optimize ad campaigns, increase patient acquisition, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for creating and scaling direct response campaigns across platforms while enhancing our funnel performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube).
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement A / B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Create data-driven ad creatives and messaging tailored to specific audience segments.
