What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Review Specialist position at Intero Real Estate?
This position assists the designated broker in providing oversight of real estate transaction files to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and the company’s policies and procedures.

- Provide back-up and support to branch management in reviewing complex transaction documents and files requiring broker approval. (50-60%)
- Help resolve contract related disputes and consumer issues. (5-10%)
- Provide support and backup to licensing coordinator. (5-10%)
- Act as operational backup for the designated broker as needed. (5-10%)
- Assist designated broker with continued development of agent training programs and manuals, as well as present classes and updates related to contracts and risk reduction issues. (5-10%)
- Assist with bi-annual meeting preparation for branch contract review support. (1-5%)
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested. (0-5%).
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 5 -10 years previous real estate experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of real estate management and the Company’s business processes.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and an excellent customer service focus.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Real estate broker license required.

Wage: $30.00 - $34.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
