Job Summary :

The AP Analyst is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor statements, managing the AP inbox, and ensuring timely communication with vendors regarding payment statuses. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of invoices efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoice Registration : Accurately input vendor invoices into the AP system, processing an average of 100-200 invoices daily during high season.
• Reconciliation : Regularly reconcile vendor statements to confirm all invoices are received and processed.
• Vendor Communication : Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding payment statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
• New Vendor Setup : Assist in gathering and verifying required information for new vendors to facilitate their setup in the AP system.
• Inbox Management : Monitor and manage the AP inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of vendor communications.
