We are a fertilizer manufacturer looking to add a Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support to our customers. Our small, dynamic office moves fast, and we need someone who can think on their feet, communicate effectively with the team, and keep everything on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and respond to customer calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
- Process and update customer orders in ERP & EDI systems, timely and accurately.
- Provide accurate information and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with sales, production, and logistics to meet customer needs
- Track and coordinate order shipments, ensuring timely deliveries
- Communicate with logistics to arrange freight to our customers
- Handle customer concerns, including complaints, damages, and returns
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Take on special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or B2B
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP/EDI systems, and order management
- Willingness to develop product knowledge to better assist customers
