We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer with expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to join our team on a remote basis. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data solutions for our clients or internal teams. Your role will also involve working with SQL Server-based technologies to build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and SSRS reports. Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Development: Design, develop, and implement interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
Create and optimize Power BI reports and models to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Develop and deploy Power BI solutions, ensuring they meet user expectations and organizational standards.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and propose effective Power BI solutions.
Perform Power BI training and troubleshooting for business users as required.
SSIS Development: Develop ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or operational database.
Optimize and monitor SSIS packages for performance improvements and efficient data flow.
